LOI Update: HE-5 Resources Corp. Announces That Both Firms Feel Confident That Triple Crown CRM Software Platform Can Achieve Revenue and Growth in International Markets

NEW YORK--HE-5 Resources Corp. (Other OTC: HRRN.PK) confirmed today that on May 26^th, 2010, a meeting was held between a private company and HE-5 Resources’ respective board of directors. The subject discussed was the private company’s LOI (Letter of Intent), received on April 29th, 2010 and the counter proposal of the 5th of May 2010, concerning the founding of a global marketing venture and customer service call center.

President Daniel Beauchamp was satisfied with the state of progress, even though at the late stages of the get-together there were minor issues to resolve on the proposed outsourcing structure of the international call center and marketing department set-up. The two boards will reconvene on Wednesday, the 2^nd of June, 2010, to conclude.

With the proper quality assurance aspects in place, both firms feel confident that the Triple Crown CRM software platform can engender the revenue and growth in international markets as envisioned by both parties.
