New Strategic Alliance Opportunity for Increased Global Revenues to be Discussed by HE-5 Resources Corp’s Board of Directors

NEW YORK -- HE-5 Resources Corp. (Other OTC: HRRN.PK) announced today its intention to streamline the process of increasing global revenues by investing and acquiring a percentage of an Indian IT software company. Through this strategic alliance opportunity, HE-5 Resources aims to leverage the future growth potential and accessibility of Triple Crown CRM platforms to further optimize its product development processes while also providing consumers with compelling technology alternatives.

Even though businesses have been reluctant to move to hosted applications due to issues of corporate compliance and security, HE-5 Resources' vision is to bring to market technology solutions with an on-demand offering that liberates companies and individuals from the burdens associated with traditional on-premise solutions. Our applications are not just straightforward and appealing to users, they can also simplify the complex information security mandates within these organizations.

The two companies are also exploring extending the collaboration, by using their respective technological expertise, to create new forms of cloud-based products and services with OICA (one internet connection away).

As a clarification, we wish to advise shareholders that the counter proposal of the 5th of May 2010 that was given to the private company’s LOI (Letter of Intent), received on April 29th, 2010, is not affected by this outcome, for it concerned the establishment of a worldwide marketing venture and call center. As previously stated, the Board of Directors are in discussions today, and will elaborate further in due course.
