(Other OTC: HRRN.PK) informs its shareholders that negotiations are ongoing with respect to our counter proposal, with the representatives of the private company and that a board meeting has been scheduled for the 26th of May, 2010. Both sides have agreed to collaborate and arrive at a mutually beneficial lucrative agreement.

Furthermore, during the last test phase before the official launch, the Development Team decided to make available the new version of the HE-Feed module to members of the Shareholder Fidelity Gift Program, in appreciation of their support. Without compromising security and in addition of its RSS Feeds reader function, this module allows interaction with the home pages of your various Facebook accounts. Concerning the Shareholder Fidelity Gift Program, recently a registration period was successfully held, and many signed up.
