HE-5 Resources Corp Wishes to Inform Shareholders of Financial and Strategic Counter Offer

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HE-5 Resources Corp. (Other OTC: HRRN) announces to its shareholders that we have sent a counter proposal concerning the LOI (letter of intent) received on April 29th, 2010. While we are pleased at the potential buyer’s interest in part of our TBB software trading platform, we felt that in our shareholder’s interest, that there were better avenues to explore. The board of directors has proposed to the private company, a financial and strategic alliance to create a call center and marketing department along the lines of Salesforce.com, in order to grow and develop sales and revenue for our main software program. We have further requested that the private company invest in HE-5 Resources shares on the open market as per the terms stated in the counter proposition. Due to the confidential nature of the negotiations; we will disclose further developments to our shareholders at the appropriate time.
