HE-5 Resources Corp Wishes to Inform Shareholders of Refusal to LOI

NEW YORK--HE-5 Resources Corp. (Other OTC: HRRN.PK) wishes to inform its shareholders of its decision concerning the LOI (letter of intent) received on April 29th, 2010. While we are pleased at the interest shown, the board of directors has decided to reject the offer to purchase (for $850,000 US) a part of our Trading Network software, included in the TBB platform. At this time, we have informed the potential buyer that we will be making a counter offer, which would be more beneficial to our shareholders and corporation.
